Profile

Stacy is a registered psychologist undertaking the clinical registrar program. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Graduate Diploma of Counselling, Graduate Diploma of Psychology, Master of Professional Psychology, and Master of Psychology (Clinical).

Stacy has a particular interest in working with adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders. With a background of working in secondary schooling 'wellbeing teams', Stacy also specialises in working with parents.

Stacy works collaboratively with clients, ensuring flexibility to tailor treatment to their needs. She utilises several modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and a humanistic (person centred) approach.

Stacy believes in fostering independence when managing mental health care through a strong focus on psychoeducation and providing strategies to aid her clients.
